Saadhvi Saree Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. All amendments will take effect immediately upon being updated on this site. We encourage you to review the Terms and Conditions each time you sign up or log in to our services and products to stay informed of any changes.

Terms of Operations

Saadhvi Saree Studio reserves the sole discretion to suspend or cancel any of its services at any time without prior notice. However, all outstanding orders will be fulfilled or fully refunded. Saadhvi Saree Studio also reserves the right to refuse services to anyone at any time without providing a reason for such a decision. We will not be responsible for any damages incurred by anyone from the use of our website.

Warranty and Liability

Saadhvi Saree Studio will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of products shipped to customers or purchased through our website. We accept no liability for any delays or failures to fulfill our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delays or failures are due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All information displayed on this website is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This site is designed, updated, and managed independently by Saadhvi Saree Studio. You may not copy, modify, publish, transfer, sell, reproduce, distribute, display, or commercially exploit the content of this site in any way. Failure to comply may result in appropriate legal action under the jurisdiction of Thane Courts.

Damaged Products

Our team conducts thorough quality checks before shipping products to our customers. However, damages incurred during transit after the product has been shipped are beyond our control. If you receive a damaged product, we will replace it with another item of the same or similar kind, based on our stock availability. Please email us at saadhvisarees@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order to inform us of the damage, along with a picture of the damaged item. We will then guide you on the next steps. We cannot entertain damage claims reported more than 48 hours after receipt of your order.

Missed Delivery

Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver your shipment three times. If the order is not collected, it will be returned to us. We can re-ship the order at your request for an additional fee of ₹250. For Cash-on-Delivery orders that are returned, re-shipping will only occur after the payment is made online, along with the additional shipping charges.
